Meet Theresa

Theresa Springer is the Director of First Impressions at Dorhout Retirement Services, where she helps create a welcoming and positive experience for clients and guests from the moment they walk through the door.

In her role, Theresa plans and coordinates client and prospective-client events, serves as the first point of contact by phone, and welcomes clients to the office and special events. She enjoys building relationships and helping create an environment where clients feel comfortable, valued, and cared for.

With a background in financial services and many years of experience working directly with people, Theresa brings a thoughtful, organized, and service-minded approach to her role. She believes that the small details matter and that every interaction is an opportunity to make someone feel genuinely welcomed.

Outside of work, Theresa enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and grandchildren and making memories with the people she loves.
