Thrive In Retirement
Our philosophy and process
Discover How To Thrive In Retirement
The Discover How To Thrive process was developed because of a need that Lester (Grant’s father) presented years ago. After years of attempting to accumulate assets and prepare for retirement, Lester was overwhelmed with fear because no matter what he did, there never seemed to be a clear path to a successful retirement.
What started as a discussion as to why there were so many fees in certain investments ended up becoming several sessions of planning that developed into the retirement he’s living today.
When you focus on what is right, clarity takes over ambiguity and uncertainty. Only then can peace of mind settle in. Discover How To Thrive is a three step process that allows retirees to enjoy the retirement they want.

Our process was built to bring clarity and peace of mind to retirees like you!
You start with the Thrive In Retirement discovery session and focus on the guiding principle of Intentional Investing. That is to say, it’s critical to allow investments to do what they are intended to do. Fortunately, we often discover misused or misplaced investments before they become an issue. Secondly, we address the importance of income and how you plan to sustain yourself in retirement. Lastly, we discuss any other wants and needs you have for retirement.
You’ve worked your entire life to retire with clarity and peace of mind. The last step is symbolic of the rewards you are about to receive because you worked so hard for so many years. Once the plan is implemented, the focus shifts to what you want to do with your time. We manage your investments and your plan while you thrive in retirement.
